New Zealand Landscapes

After a week of practice teaching for my 0-3 course in Australia, I hoped on a plane to New Zealand. It's a hard place to get to from the U.S. and since we are moving back soon, I wanted to take advantage of my being relatively close. A few highlights from my trip below!

Mt. Cook in Glacier country - NZ's highest mountain

The sheering barn where the sheep are sheered once a year and then released again into the pastures for grazing.

There really are more sheep in NZ than people! This farm alone had 20,000 merino sheep.

The little lamb above is named Barbie. She was so docile and followed her caretaker around like a dog follows this caretaker around the house.

Queenstown was one of the cutest towns I've ever seen!
